Refund Policy

At Mahabba Perfumes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain a fair and transparent return and refund policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.

1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used. However, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Delays caused by courier or customs (for international orders)

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us at info@mahabbaperfumes.com with images and order details.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at info@mahabbaperfumes.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review and get back to you within 2 business days
  3. If eligible, we will guide you through the return or refund process

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@mahabbaperfumes.com

7. International Orders

For international customers, customs fees, taxes, or delays are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund. We advise checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
